This package is designed for event organizers who wish to be guided and coached in the great process of organizing an event.
Planning consists of determining your objectives and specifying the means to achieve them in a timely manner.
Our event coach, who has more than 20 years of experience in organizing large-scale events in schools, will guide you and provide you with all her help and expertise during the organization process and logistics so that you can carry out a quality and colorful project! Our person in charge will act as a consultant and resource person who will listen to your needs and contribute to an efficient planning.
Included:
- Total of 20 hours of support
- 15 hours of planning
- 5 hours of meetings (2-3 meetings) with the organizing committee or the person responsible *
- Consultation and teamwork with committee members
- Contribution to the planning of the event
- Participation in concept proposals
- Collaboration on the work plan (to-do list, task sharing, auditions, interviews, suppliers to contact, event day schedule, communications ...)
- Contribution to the creation of a timeline
- Proposed detailed schedule
- Collaboration on the content of the show or event (the organizing committee is in charge of the texts and content)
- Assistance in the preparation of the event scenario
- Assistance in creating event pacing
- Recommendation of the best suppliers for your event
- Contribution to the design (decor, lighting, decorations...)
- Availability for additional virtual meetings
- 3 round trips (committee meetings)
- Mileage for 3 round trips (Terrebonne and surrounding area)
* Meeting times will be scheduled according to the needs of the team (e.g., meetings, practices, interviews, auditions, ticket sales, etc.) .
