All ready to eat. Some items need to be reheated in the oven and/or require a little assembly on your part (just follow the instructions provided).
MENU "LE QUÉBÉCOIS GOURMAND" $40/person *
- BURGER (sliders style) With pulled pork in BBQ sauce, bourbon coleslaw and fried onions.
- BIGG MACK Balls of ground beef, pickles, cheddar fromagerie St-Albert, onions and sesame seeds.
- POUTINE Oven-roasted red potato fries, poutine sauce, St-Albert cheese curds.
- ACCOMPANIMENTS - Vegetables of the moment.

EXTRAS
1- With cook on site: Add $230 (+tip**) to have an employee come on site to reheat dishes, set up stoves, help with service and clean up before leaving with stoves. You must have an oven on site.
2- Stove rental at your expense ($23/each). +Transportation costs if we need to pick up the stoves the next day.
**Tip not included, to be paid directly to the chef/employee in attendance.
