Located in the heart of the charming village of La Conception, just 10 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, this is a unique setting for your special moments.
At Le Pont Couvert, they make a point of offering fully customizable services for every event.
They're there to support you every step of the way, making sure your day is exactly as you imagine it.
Le Pont Couvert can accommodate up to 180 guests for a cocktail reception and 150 for a sit-down meal. Rental includes the use of our tables, rustic chairs, tablecloths, glassware, utensils, sound equipment, heating systems, outdoor fireplace, Adirondack chairs and access to the kitchen for your caterer.

Our team is also at your disposal during the event. More specifically, a room manager, 1 bartender for every 35 guests and a set-up and dismantling team.
Ceremony
It is possible to have the ceremony on site for an additional fee.

Although we have no exclusivity when it comes to caterers and you can deal with the caterer of your choice,
* Le Pont Couvert has a small kitchen equipped with a 2-door commercial refrigerator, a freezer, a 5-round commercial gas oven, a salamander, a 30-inch grill and assembly space.
Music, DJ & Entertainment.
You can hire a DJ or prepare a playlist yourself.
The hall is equipped with a sound system comprising 6 sound boxes, 1 console, 1 wireless microphone and XLR sockets.
* The municipalitý of La Conception has a bylaw that prohibits all sound amplification after 11 pm.
In general, this is the time for table snacks, or even s'mores around the fire. It's also possible for people who want to continue celebrating to move to Auberge 1939, located within walking distance.
** Please note that only acoustic musicians are accepted.

We love the natural world around us. That's why we've put in place measures to conserve and respect it as effectively as possible.
In addition to making extensive use of compost and encouraging local purchases, we impose certain restrictions. In a conscious effort to reduce waste, plastic straws, plastic water bottles, non-compostable confetti, floating & flying lanterns are prohibited.
